go-e - Gemini 11 kW Charger go-e Charging Station (fixedinstallation)

The charger is ideal for all drivers who want to charge their electric car in 1-/3-phase up to 11 kW. 1-/3-phase switching is conveniently done via smartphone using the free go-eCharger app, which can also be used to operate the charging station in the local Wi-Fi network without cloud, if desired.

Thanks to the integrated Type B differential circuit breaker, all you need is your go-e charger to be connected to the current and is immediately ready for use. The charging station has a 1.8 meter connection cable for permanent connection to a power distribution box. Thus, unlike the go-e Charger Gemini flex, the charger does not have a plug and is therefore not mobile. The successor to the test winner, the 11 kW go-eCharger HOMEfix, has a new successor, namely the go-e Charger Gemini. In terms of features, the latest wallbox from go-e is no different from the winner of the Wallbox Test 2022.

Plug & Play – start charging immediately

Attach the wall mount, hang the charger and connect it to a suitable power source. Once the charger has been plugged into your vehicle via a charging cable, the charging process will start (with default settings). Charging a car with go-e is as easy as charging a smartphone.

Compatible with all electric cars

The Gemini go-eCharger reliably charges all electric cars with a type 2 plug registered on the European market, regardless of the brand of the car. For example, Renault Zoe, Mercedes-Benz EQC, Nissan Leaf, Hyundai Ioniq, Kia Niro, eGolf, BMW i3 and all Tesla vehicles can be charged without any problems. The charging station is therefore absolutely compatible with all electric cars from all manufacturers.

Incredibly smart

Once installed by your electrician, the go-e charging station is ready to use. Those with a smart home system can integrate the device into the grid and have it communicate with other devices, which should be particularly interesting when it comes to solar systems and charge management since you will be able to automatically activate EV charging when solar energy is available. Thus, refueling the vehicle with energy will not cost you a penny.

WLAN and RFID access control

Thanks to its interfaces, the wallbox can also be integrated into the home network via WIFI or connected to the Internet via hotspot, in order to benefit from additional functions such as load management or various timer settings. You can create and manage up to 10 RFID accounts per charging station and teach 10 WLAN networks simultaneously. WLANs are displayed automatically and do not require manual registration. The RFID function makes it possible to customize access to the charging station so that no one can start charging without permission. With RFID, you can authorize, control and evaluate charges and even export them as a CSV file.

More economical and ecological control thanks to the timer

Thanks to a timer, starting and stopping can be set in advance with the day of the week as well as the time of the charging period. So you can charge your vehicle at night or in the early hours of the morning and save money with night rates. If you don't charge during rush hour, this also has an environmental benefit; This allows voltage peaks to be dampened and excess electricity can be used at night.

Communication to other devices through the API

The Gemini go-eCharger is a system with an open HTTP API interface. This allows them to be combined with devices from other manufacturers to offer real intelligence at the level of your electrical network. Integrate your go-e charger and solar panels with your home automation and you will have a solution that is extremely effective and efficient, not only to save costs, but also not to harm the environment.

In-app management

Whether you want to check your charging history, set the time window for charging, regulate the amperage, set up the device's adjustment knob, switch phases 1/3 or simply start and stop charging, the free app gives you full control. You can sync and view past charges using Cloud.

Weather resistant and protected against theft

Unimpressed by any weather conditions, the Gemini go-eCharger delivers full power at all times, protected by high-performance plastic. The charging cable can be locked to prevent theft. If installed outdoors, you can protect the wallbox from unauthorized use with an RFID chip. RFID chips are also useful if multiple people share the device. The charging current is shown separately for each user.

Security and protection of your equipment

Thanks to the extensive safety features of the go-eCharger Gemini, you can relax while the car is safely charged. The charging station reduces the current flow if necessary or turns off completely in case of fault current. In this way, the charger protects itself while protecting your car and the electrical system of your home.
