Do you own a product listed on our site and are having trouble setting it up? With this service, you can book one of our technicians for a remote intervention, by phone and/or via remote access (Zoho Assist).
Examples of services offered by our team:

- Assistance with commissioning and configuring home automation hubs, IP cameras, video doorphones, standalone products (dingz, Shelly, etc.)
- IT services (virtualization, network, systems), for example, deployment of IT networks or virtual machines, configuration of NAS, Firewall, port forwarding, VPN, etc.)
