Communicate with your visitors or open the door with your smartphone, from anywhere in the world.

The connected video intercom allows you to see in real-time who is ringing your doorbell, even if you are absent. Connected to your internet box, it replaces a traditional doorbell and allows for visual verification of the visitor's identity.

When a visitor rings the doorbell, you will receive a push notification or call on your Akuvox indoor console, smartphone, or tablet, alerting you of a visitor's presence. You will be able to see who the visitor is in HD and wide-angle and talk to them. The intercom can, of course, be used at night thanks to its night vision.

Akuvox intercoms are SIP and ONVIF compatible. This allows you to retrieve the video stream on your SIP phones or on your video recorder, for example.

Access your video intercom from anywhere

The IP connection allows you to stay connected 24/7 with the images transmitted by the video intercom.

The 1080p camera provides high-definition video to see who is arriving at your front door directly from your smartphone (compatible with iOS or Android) or from a tablet.

The integrated infrared LEDs provide high-quality night vision in all circumstances.

Interact remotely with the visitor

The bidirectional audio link allows you to communicate live with the visitor.

The video intercom has several relays that you can activate remotely from your smartphone, for example, to open a garage door or an electric strike.

This intercom includes an RFID reader, making it possible to distribute badges or RFID cards to the authorized users who can access the site, whether it’s a business or a private home.

The cards or badges are configurable via Akuvox’s web interface to assign each user specific time slots and individual action plans.

For example, Badge 1 allows access to the site from 6:00 to 8:00 AM and opens the gate. Badge 2 allows access to the site from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and opens both the gate and the door.

Managing QR Codes is very practical for generating temporary access. You can define, for example, the validity duration of the QR Code and the maximum number of uses for that code. You can then send it to the recipient who can simply display it on their smartphone or print it.

The facial recognition unlocking is fully secure. No data is transmitted to the manufacturer, and everything is stored locally. The two cameras ensure that the detection cannot be spoofed.

SIP Compatible

Akuvox intercoms and screens are truly SIP-compatible. You can configure your Akuvox device to make SIP calls using your SIP account. This way, your intercom can, for example, call a landline or mobile phone.

Cloud access and subscription

Akuvox products can be used with or without the cloud. Access to Akuvox's cloud is done via the SmartPlus app for smartphones. It allows you to receive video calls, activate relays, generate temporary QR access codes, view visit history, trigger photos, etc.

If you purchase a video intercom and a screen from us at the same time, we offer you lifetime cloud access. Unlike the license you might purchase on our site, the version we offer does not include the possibility to make calls to landlines.

If you do not want a screen, you can choose to buy a cloud license for one year or purchase a lifetime cloud license.

These licenses are valid for a residence/family, limited to a total of 4 cloud users. Beyond 4 users, an additional subscription of 2 CHF per month per user will be required (for the 5th, 6th, etc.).
