*More Information About the Probe

The food-grade probe is designed to withstand temperatures up to 350°C. However, to ensure measurement reliability, it has been tested in an oven up to approximately 200°C (400°F), which is the recommended usage limit.

The probe contains an internal resistance and its accuracy is optimal around 93°C (200°F). The further the measured temperature is from this value, the more the accuracy decreases. This is why its use is recommended up to 204°C (400°F).
