Ordered before 5 p.m., delivered the next working day
If we receive your order before 5 p.m., you will receive it on the next working day (only for deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein). As a general rule, no deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Order collection
When ordering online, you can opt to pick up your order in our store (Avenches - VD). The system will normally suggest the next available pick-up slots. Orders placed before 5 p.m. can be collected from our Avenches store on the next working day. Goods ordered before 10 a.m. can usually be collected on the same day, provided the items are in stock. In case of doubt, please contact us by phone or e-mail.
Our counter is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00.
Partial delivery
When products with different delivery times are ordered, we only send the whole order once all the products are available. If you would still like us to ship products already in stock, please contact us by email and we will make the necessary arrangements. Please note that delivery is free as soon as the value of the goods delivered reaches 500CHF.
